“I first came across Ida when I was looking to mix up my gym routine. After scrolling through countless profiles I found this beast of a young lady killing her routines, discussing posture and form. And then I realized that the person that I was "stealing" my workouts from now had her own platform!! I had to check it out and not only does it include great workouts, based on your goals, it includes at home or gym training or even changeable if you need that. If you have a difficulty with an exercise, for whatever reason, just press a tab and swap out for a new exercise.

Addition to this there are meal plans completed with cooking and prep instructions, shopping lists and again an availability to swap any meals you don't like.
