Something I have already noticed is that my sleep is getting better. Anyone else seeing this? Im getting a lot more deep sleep and I seem to go through more complete cycles with all the different sleep stages.

Be prepared , mise en place , get ready. Whatever you wanna call it make sure you do all your chopping and prep work BEFORE you turn on a pan.

I always struggled a lot when I deviated from a meal plan or calorie goal. But with this challenge the trust in my body, its signals, reading it, is increasing week by week. Yesterday I felt the exhaustion from the calorie deficit/lack of strength / demotivated.
Instead of going even harder on myself, I went out to a nice Vietnamese place with my brother. Had a lovely chicken curry and today I woke up motivated again, ready to push and energised.
Reinforcing that listening to my body works and that this is not bad/failure or doing something wrong but providing my body with what it needs to keep on going in this challenge.
Sharing to help all of you who might experience the same thing to make sure if you feel the deficit is too much or on a particular day you need more, that it’s fine and will help you achieve long term success to fuel accordingly.
So happy and grateful for everything that has already changed in this challenge 😌

Booooom - what a session. It was insane. Was almost close to tears of both being exhausted and happy.
Think I never been so stoked about a gymsession. Gosh! Struggling with connection in RDLS as soon as I put some weight one but with lower weights it feels great. Also was able to do a new PB in sumosquats - with some help from people at the gym who was cheering and hyping me up. LOVE when strangers hype up each other and just cheering for one another to do their best

I’d like to share a mini victory with you all.
All of my adult life I shopped at plus size stores. I struggled finding jeans long enough because being 6’ and overweight was something retailers didn’t really cater to. If you wanted plus size, they only came in short and regular inseams. Thats when my weight loss journey began… I honestly started to lose weight so I could have more options especially when it came to work clothes.
Well, yesterday I went to American Eagle and purchased a pair of size 12 jeans in a long inseam & they aren’t plus size!!! This is a huge win for me!!

One thing I really appreciate, which also brought me back to TEAM IB.FIT, is the fact that Ida Bergfoth actually participates and engages with us! Not everyone does that. I had personal coaching for quite a few years and I loved it but I was ready for a change and to also be challenged with workouts. I came across one of your IG posts and I was fascinated not only by your incredible physique but how you shared how long it took you to get there with your consistency and dedication. You can “talk the talk” because you lived it and continue to live it each day. I was pumped to give your program a try and I have not been disappointed in the 2 months I’ve been a member:)
My goal is to gain more muscle and strength. I NEED to be challenged in the gym and your workouts are doing just that! I freakin LOVE them! I’ve been making some nice gains and truly pushing myself with each workout. The nutrition portion of my journey has always given me the most trouble. Lots of medical issues make it very difficult to get enough calories each day to build that muscle, but I do my best and make it a priority.
Day by day, month by month and year by year…I’ll keep hitting those goals and making new ones along the way

I had a great coach in the past he is also like my big brother unfortunately he sold the gym and went back to being a carpenter to be able to spend more time with his family.
